Windham Hospital Skilled Service Employees Strike Rally
Outside Windham Community Memorial Hospital
112 Mansfield Ave
Willimantic, CT 06226
A second STRIKE is on at Windham Hospital!
Last month, nurses at Windham Hospital went out on strike to fight back against unsafe working conditions and mandatory overtime. And starting on Oct. 24 at 7:00 a.m., members of WCMH Employees United will begin a two-day strike as they fight for a fair contract.
WCMH Employees United represent service, maintenance, technical and support health professionals at Windham Hospital – critical health care workers that help make the hospital run.
Join them at a rally on Tuesday morning to show these dedicated caregivers that we have their backs:
- Action: Windham Hospital Skilled Service Employees Strike Rally
- Date/Time: Tuesday, October 25 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
- Location: Outside Windham Community Memorial Hospital, 112 Mansfield Ave, Willimantic, CT 06226

The community turned out last month to show management we have the nurses' backs during the first strike. The technical, support service and maintenance employees at Windham Hospital are seeking the same outcome – a fair union contract that takes meaningful steps towards solving the region's patient care crisis.
