Labor Canvass in Torrington

The Connecticut AFL-CIO is organizing door-to-door canvasses in local communities across the state to allow union members to volunteer and help elect pro-worker candidates.

Labor walks are an opportunity for union members to canvass neighborhoods and have one-on-one conversations about the importance of the election with other union members. No experience is necessary – training and materials are provided to all volunteers by Connecticut AFL-CIO organizers. Food and coffee will also be provided.

Our labor-to-labor walks will happen every Saturday until Election Day. Mid-week and Sunday walks can also be scheduled. Contact Legislative & Political Organizer CC Cieniawski at ccieniawski@ctaflcio.org.
