Plant Nite Fundraiser

The United Labor Agency, the community affiliate of the Connecticut AFL-CIO, will be hosting a Plant Nite Fundraiser to benefit their “Labor of Love Backpack Program” which provides healthy meals to 67 families throughout Connecticut. For some students, the only meals they get are the ones they have at school and they will sometimes go hungry over the weekend. The Backpack Program provides child-friendly, nonperishable foods for the weekend so no one has to go hungry.

What happens at Plant Nite? Enjoy an evening of relaxation, fun and gardening where you will learn to create a succulent terrarium/mini garden. Let the stress of your week slip through your garden gloves as we party the night away.

The deadline to register is March 21 so don't delay!
