Connecticut has a multi-billion dollar surplus.
While we should save some of that and pay off our debts, it's critical that we use a portion of that surplus to invest in our communities and help struggling workers.

This action is critical since many of our unions' priorities face an uncertain path forward without appropriate resources. Whether it's providing additional resources to our school paraeducators, getting raises for childcare workers, funding higher education, or filling the large number of state worker vacancies, we need to show the Governor we need to make these investments now.
Parking Information
We secured 4 LAZ managed parking lots within walking distance to the Capitol. We will not be the only ones using the lots but we anticipate all together we will have about 400 spaces available for our rally participants. We will have a volunteer at each lot, handing a parking permit for those attending the rally.
