Solidarity Action with Organizing Workers at PetSmart

Workers at PetSmart in East Hartford are fighting to form their union – the first in Connecticut!

But management is waging an anti-union campaign with daily captive audience meetings, bringing in anti-union consultants, and trying to intimidate the workers.

Management even illegally fired one of the union supporters to try to squash the organizing drive!

Stand with organizing workers at PetSmart for a solidarity action on Sunday, April 6, and help them win their union!

Workers at PetSmart make the store run – they are associates, trainers, groomers, and more. They're fighting for better pay, better hours, and better working conditions with a union contract!

The action is simple: Wear your favorite union gear, bring your union doggie (if you have one), buy your pup a treat, and give a word of support to the workers.

BONUS: All good union dogs will get a UFCW bandana!

• Hey, we know you have your election coming up on Friday.
• I stand with you and encourage you to vote yes! Let them know we have their back and they're part of our Union Family now.
• Book a grooming appointment if your dog needs one.
