Keith Brothers (LIUNA) is Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer of the Connecticut Laborers’ District Council. Brothers also serves as the President of the Connecticut State Building and Construction Trades Council and President of the New London/Norwich Building and Construction Trades Council.
