Starting at 5:00 this morning, UAW Local 405 members at Triumph in West Hartford have gone out on strike!

Their demands are straightforward: fair wages, cost of living adjustments, affordable health insurance, and job security.

That's a meager demand from a company that made $687 million in profits and paid its CEO over $30 million in the last five years. In fact, UAW ran the numbers and their proposals would only cost the company 4% of the profits they made in the last five years.

But management has refused to negotiate – even after the union put it in writing that they are ready to meet ANY DAY, at ANY HOUR, to reach an agreement.

Join the picket line and let's help members of UAW Local 405 win the fair contract they deserve!

📅 Every day until they win a fair contract!
